Agenda Highlights 3/18/24

The Fort Smith Board of Directors study session meeting scheduled for Monday 3-18-24 will be to discuss the 2024 New Needs Budget. The new needs requests were separated from the 2024 base budget that was already approved in December to allow for further discussion and consideration on those proposed expenses.
