Agenda Highlights 8/3/21

The Board of Directors will vote whether or not to approve federal grant funds from the CARES Act to go to Crawford Sebastian Community Development Council for covid safety related improvements to their office and dental clinic , Next Step Dayroom to provide two transitional houses for families, and Arc River Valley for an antiviral heating and cooling system, improvements to their social room, outdoor tables and chairs and a storage shed for those, and hand sanitizer and ppe.

They will vote on approving paying the $1300 a month in funds previously budgeted to pay for the defunct Zagster bicycle rental program now instead to Future School of Fort Smith’s Riverside Rides bicycle rental program near the riverfront bike park and trails .

They will vote on approval for the Fort Smith Fall Baseball League to lease the Kelley Ball Fields for $2000 plus the proceeds from a fundraiser tournament.
