Agenda Highlights 8/8/23

The Fort Smith Board of Directors study session meeting scheduled for 8-8-23 will begin with the Board hearing the quarterly update on water leaks in our city.

The Board will hear a presentation regarding the water meter reading process including a demonstration of how the meters are read and proposed changes to the process to streamline it and address challenges.

The Board will hear and discuss the results of the salary and benefits study recently conducted by JER HR Group that studied the salary and benefits offered to City of Fort Smith employees and compared those pay rates and benefits with offerings from other public and private sector employers in Arkansas.
