Highlights of the Board of Directors Meeting 9/21/21

At the Board of Directors Meeting held 9-21-21 the Board unanimously approved a one month extension of the contract with Kitties and Kanines for animal services, a contract with Payit to be the new service for paying water, sewer and trash bills online, and a $3,067,050 contract with Forsgren to repair water leaks.

Sam Sicard, Phil White, Matthew Holland, Lee Ann Vick, and Stuart Ghan were all reappointed to the CBID. Bradley Marion was appointed and Ryan Rains was reappointed to the Fort Smith Municipal Employees Benevolent Fund Board of Advisors. Ashley Gerhardson and Zena Featherston Marshall were appointed to the Future Fort Smith Committee.
