plastic cup

At the Fort Smith Board of Directors Meeting to be held 12-14-21, the Board will vote on amending the current ordinance about entertainment districts to add language that clarifies that it is the City Administrator who will approve cups and wristbands that allow alcoholic beverages to be taken outside establishments in the designated entertainment districts (downtown, Chaffee Crossing, and the HUB). The current ordinance says that cups and wristbands must be approved by the city but doesn’t specify exactly who is responsible for that approval.
