Agenda Highlights 9/21/21

At the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 9-21-12 they will vote on whether or not to approve a new system from Payit for online and mobile app payments of water, sewer, and trash bills. In the future, the new Payit system could also be expanded to take payments for business licenses and parking tickets.

The Board will also vote on whether or not to extend the service contract with Kitties and Kanines set to expire September 30 for one extra month. This short term measure is being voted on because a new agreement with them for a normal full contract term is being negotiated but is not yet finalized and ready to be presented to the Board for a vote.
